Certificates given to 2nd Bacth Hulhliap SSC Skill Trainees

News  |  November 17, 2025

Certificates were presented to the second batch of trainees under the Hulhliap SSC Skill Training Programme at the MFM Skill Training Centre, Dawrpui Vengthar. In this round, 12 participants completed Aluminium Fabrication, while 10 finished their Assistant Electrician coursework.

The event was presided over by Dr. R. Lalnunmawii, Member of the Task Group on Aftercare, Skill Training & Handholding, Hulhliap-SSC. Mr. Lalramchuanzela, Executive Director of MFM, shared a concise report on the training activities. Certificates were formally handed out by Mr. Lalnunhlua, Additional Secretary of the Social Welfare & Women and Child Development Department and Convener of the Task Group on Aftercare, Skill Training & Handholding, Hulhliap-SSC.

In his address, Mr. Lalnunhlua reminded the trainees that a certificate alone does not signify expertise. He stressed the need for consistent growth, discipline, and clarity of purpose, urging them to steer clear of negative influences and remain committed to shaping their own futures. He also noted that although government programmes come with both achievements and limitations, efforts to support the community continue earnestly. A promotional video produced by Hulhliap SSC was also unveiled during the function. The certificates were issued by the LESDE Department.

The programme concluded with closing remarks from Pi Vanlalhruaii, Member Secretary of the Task Group on Aftercare, Skill Training & Handholding, Hulhliap-SSC.
